Sheila Lavery saddles three of the fourteen set to take part, with Daubney's Dream perhaps the pick of these off a mark of 73. The son of Power ran well at Navan and Fairyhouse in May, but did disappoint at Naas on his last start. He makes his debut in handicap company now, and should give a good account of himself with Robbie Colgan in the saddle. Lavery also saddles Burning Question and Danehill Quest who both look capable of making their presence felt. For a selection I'll side with FAUGHILL, despite the fact she has yet to encounter quick ground. The daughter of Lawman had Magic Wand behind her when sixth in a maiden at Leopardstown last October. She since finished third on her handicap debut at Killarney in May, with subsequent winners For Pleasure, Scoil Naisiunta, Eos, and Triple Sec all in behind. The grey selection looks well treated off a mark of 73, and it'll be disappointing if she is not involved toward the business end here. Other obvious contenders are Dream Point, top-weight Verhoyen, and A Few Bob Short.
