The Ger Lyons trained gelding went down by just a head on his penultimate start at Hamilton, and was fifth on his most recent start at Navan when tried in blinkers for the first time. He probably didn't get the run of the race at the Co Meath venue, and with a clearer passage now he can be expected to go close in a contest of this quality. Eadbhard, Maricruz, and Descendant finished second, third, and fourth to Innamorare at Roscommon earlier this month, and there is likely to be little between them again here. Maricruz was having just her third start at Roscommon, and she is the most open of the three to further improvement. Time Queen, who went down by just a head on her debut at Listowel last September, looks the best of the rest.
