FormscanBy Tom Weekes - GOLDEN GLEN drops back in trip having landed a gamble over 2m5f at Tramore last month but might nonetheless defy an 8lbs rise and win. She is clearly no star but won well at Tramore and while the drop in trip isn't ideal, today's rider claims a helpful 2lbs and she goes well on testing ground. Macho Mover did win a handicap over this trip at Tramore last month and has obvious claims today. He has been raised 6lbs for that success in a similar race and having won in first-time blinkers at Tramore, it is no surprise to see them reapplied today. Lily Trotter was a little fortunate to finish second at Limerick last month, with two casualties at the second last flight, but she nonetheless has a chance today from the same rating while Still Alive ran a solid race on the flat at Galway latest and should again go well from his hurdles mark, and also under a low weight with his rider taking off a helpful 2lbs. Shadows Return's best form has been on a sound surface which is a concern today.
