FormscanBy Donal Murphy - FRANKINCENSE ran a nice race on debut at Navan last month, and he might be able to go a few place better now. The regally-bred son of Galileo finished fourth to Coeur Sublime at Proudstown Park, tiring in the closing stages having made up plenty of ground in the straight. That race had the look of a good quality maiden, with the winner since sold of a massive E260,000 at the Goffs Punchestown NH Sale. Aidan O'Brien trains the selection and he is also represented by Giuseppe Garibaldi, and newcomer Astronomer. The former was second in a Group 3 contest on his penultimate start, before disappointing on heavy ground at Cork last month. Arthurian Fame finished a place ahead of him at Cork, and he re-opposes now. The Joseph O'Brien trained colt can be expected to come on plenty for that debut effort, and he looks a leading contender here. Others of note here are Broad Street, and Dawn Trouper, and it would come as little surprise if either of them were to win this on debut.
