FormscanBy Michael Graham - ALTERNO and Davy Russell have been placed in their last two appearances and could make it third time lucky in this contest. The five-year-old gelding travelled notably well in Ballinrobe but couldn't live with the winner in the final furlong and had to settle for second. He did finish well clear of the third horse, Ali Bin Nayef, who has since run well when second at Tramore. Des McDonogh does well with his horses at this track. Wee Small Hours won by a nose in Kilbeggan and has to come into consideration off 4lbs higher. The form of Ben Rumson's second place in Bellewstown hasn't worked out at all but he has to be respected in this field. Personal Shopper tends to attract plenty of support at this track and has been placed on his last two appearances here, albeit beaten a fair way. He has the chance of picking up more place money. Aurora's Dream hasn't been in form but is on a mark lower than the one she won off here last August. She is worth watching in the market.
