FormscanBy Gary Carson - GLENDINE RIVER seems to have a real affinity for Tramore and may be able to transfer that love to a similar tight undulating track here. Hold up tactics worked well last time when she travelled well to a cosy success and if she's in the same form she looks capable of defying a 9lb hike here. Little Stampy has been placed in a maiden hurdle here and has also won at Tramore in the past. She ran well when second over in Wolverhampton last month and looks capable of a big show. Pat's Pearl was only just beaten in a maiden hurdle at Tramore last time and that was an improvement on previous form. Having actually been dropped a few pounds since she has to be given a shout here. Strike Is Back is tried in cheek-pieces and can't be discounted if they sharpen her up a bit.
