FormscanBy Gary Carson - FULHAM ROAD had a big reputation a couple of years ago and has obviously had his problems. Once described by Rich Ricci as the “best by far” of his bumper horses he has failed to make the racecourse for the owner yet, having pulled out lame when entered at Thurles in November 2015. He showed promise in his sole point-to-point outing, falling when in contention two out, and it will be fascinating to see how he gets on here. Empire Burleque dead-heated on his sole start 'between the flags' in December and has since been bought by Gigginstown. The market may prove the best guide to how well fancied he is. Of the newcomers the Mags Mullins-trained Officer Milan is most interesting given the yard's record in bumpers. He has a real staying pedigree.
