FormscanBy Donal Murphy - A quality renewal of this feature contest, with three Cheltenham Festival winners in the field. Mares Hurdle victor APPLE'S JADE is the one I'll side with. She won this race twelve months ago, and has race fitness on her side, winning on her return to action at Navan last month. She also gets the seven pound mares allowance, along with Augusta Kate. Nichols Canyon won the World Hurdle at Cheltenham in March, and notable he has won on his seasonal reappearance the last three years in-a-row. He is the only horse who has beaten the mighty Faugheen, and another big performance can be expected from him now. Supasundae is the other Cheltenham Festival winner in the line-up. He won the Coral Cup at Prestbury Park, before going down by just a length to Yanworth on his most recent start at Aintree. He will need to step up again if he to beat the aforementioned duo. Cilaos Emery won the Grade 1 Herald Champion Novice Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival in April, and it'll be interesting to see how he gets on here, stepping up to two and a half miles for the first time.
