He’s versatile distance wise having won over a mile and a half in the past, and should confirm places with New Story from that Tipperary run. Dundalk regular Reckless Lad would not be suited by any significant rain, and that comment also applies to Mezajy. The latter has won over hurdles this summer at Kilbeggan and Bellewstown but sandwiched inbetween weakened quickly in the straight on soft ground at Galway. Nearly Famous readily won a charity race over 1m4f at the Curragh in July, and was runner-up in a similar event at Gowran Park last Saturday. Lost History was runner-up to Mistiness over course and distance back in June, and again went close with some cut in the ground at Tramore last month.
