Meanwhile Sheila Lavery said of Sevenleft in the Irish Field last Saturday: "He is in the big handicap (the Ahonoora Handicap) on Sunday and if he got reasonable ground, he'll go there. He doesn't handle soft ground so the weather at the moment is a worry. He is in very good form and on his day, he is a very capable horse, but he needs decent ground to be seen at his best. His homework has been very good. He'll need luck with the draw, but I think he'll handle the track – he seems to be a better horse going around a bend."
