FormscanBy Michael Graham - Not an appealing betting medium but a fascinating race nonetheless. Willie Mullins has won the last two renewals and holds a very strong hand with Diakali, Aurko and BONBON AU MIEL. The latter is a French import who hasn't been seen since hacking up by eight lengths in a hurdle race at Fontainebleu, on his third start back in September 2014. On debut, in his native country, he was just pipped by Bachasson who has subsequently scored at Grade Three level over hurdles for Mullins. Bonbon Au Miel clearly has plenty of talent but of course enthusiasm has to be tempered by his lay-off of almost 900 days. Aurko won both his races in France but has been off track even longer since the backend of 2013. He represents the Riccis and it wouldn't be surprising to see him perform well. Diakali went off favourite for the Galway Hurdle in 2015 but came home 13th. Blinkers go on for the first time on his reappearance. He has a remarkable record of four from four on heavy ground so will relish testing conditions. His chance has to be respected. Hidden Cyclone has to give weight away but has race fitness on his side. He has been running well since last summer and could give this a right go from the front under Danny Mullins.
