FormscanBy Michael Graham - Robin Des Foret is a very likeable horse and his record stands up to scrutiny with five wins and three places from his nine outings. The trip is fine for him but the ground doesn't look ideal at all. His stablemate FABULOUS SAGA had a bloodless task in putting away two rivals at Listowel but it did confirm his ability to handle heavy ground. Afterwards, Ruby Walsh called him "a bit of a relentless galloper" so he should relish this test on his climb up the ranks. Burren Life was very good in putting seven rivals to the sword in a Roscommon maiden hurdle. This is tougher but he clearly has ability. The form of Champoleon's victory over three miles in Listowel hasn't been franked but he was a comfortable winner on heavy ground and could be a lively outsider at 22/1.
