The handicapper has reacted with a 12lb hike but she should still confirm places with Rince Deireanach (second) and Mojambo, who kept on one paced to finish a moderate fourth. However her odds are going to be a lot shorter than the 20/1 (from 50/1) available last time and perhaps FOR PLEASURE may prove a value alternative. He ran a bit too keenly when reappearing in the maiden on that same Cork card won by Tullyallen, and has scope for improvement on his handicap debut. Tagle has only raced on the Polytrack at Dundalk and opened his account at the sixth attempt last month. The step up in trip on that occasion seemed to suit, and he’s certainly a factor if handling this surface.
