FormscanBy Tom Weekes - DAS MOOSER can follow up last year's comfortable success in this race with another win in this year's renewal, despite her year-long layoff. She has plenty ability, at this level, and won well here last year. Her lack of a recent outing is the obvious concern but will undoubtably have been prepared for this prestigious race and will therefore very likely be at full fitness. Alpha Male showed ability over staying trips when trained by Nicky Henderson and while he failed to win in fifth racecourse outings, did subsequently win his point to point and has also proven himself in winners' company. He is limited in ability but should still get involved at the business end today. Battle Hard is winless in 12 career starts and while he has very worryingly failed to win in eight point to points, has shown a smidgen of pace when bumper-placed last summer and might be able to get involved for the placings today.
