FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SAM KING was pulled up in this race last year but has solid claims on best form and comes here with plenty in his favour. A wide margin maiden hurdle winner (albeit in a weak race) last year, he has a hurdle rating of just 99 but has shown enough over fences recently to suggest he should get involved today and is suited by good ground and a staying trip. A Year To Remember has a hurdle rating of 109 and is the joint-best hurdler in the field. He is clearly a capable and interesting sort going forward and while he receives weight being a four year old, meets far more experienced horses here which may count against him. Swingbridge, rated 99 over hurdles and 97 over fences, is clearly in good form as he made a winning debut for Gordon Elliott at Perth recently. A triple British point to point winner, he may have improved in recent times and would clearly be a big player if maintaining that progression. Moroval is rated 109 and while he is still a maiden and may be slightly flattered by that mark, has claims nonetheless on chase debut while Naturally Blond won his maiden hurdle at this track and this venture to chasing should bring about the best in him.
