Formscan By Thomas Weekes - FERNHURST LAD is a dual point to point winner and has already won a maiden hurdle. While a little limited, he may be the most reliable choice here despite being well beaten, albeit in a better contest, at Thurles recently. Sheer Genius was a useful hurdler but may be best watched on his chase debut while both Ample Appeal and Schinkel need to show more than they have shown over fences so far. Four year old Westhaven gets weight but has a lot to prove.
