Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - CIRCUS ACT was completely friendless in the betting when returning off a 204 day break here a week ago. In the circumstances he ran a cracker when third behind the heavily invested-upon, Alghanem. He got three pounds for that effort but given that he's by Cape Cross out of a Group 1 winner in Carry On Katie, he looks sure to have much more to offer. The former Godolphin runner is preferred to Mulleady. This one has thrived since her last visit to Dundalk, back in February, and if strong in the betting she'll likely be hard to beat. It's a bit of an ask on Bensoon, to defy ten stone, but as the only last time out winner in the field he is worthy of respect.
