Formscan By Gary Carson - STEPS TO FREEDOM is the clear pick at the ratings here and this looks a nice tune up for him ahead of a return to hurdling. His best form is over longer than this, and his previous victory here came at two miles, but he has been placed at ten furlongs in the past and should have the class to get the job done. Akasaka looks the obvious danger coming here in form off the back of a victory over a mile here last month. He's equally effective over this trip and the fact that he has race fitness on his side makes him a big threat. Ozeta holds an official Flat rating of 100 but is hard to fancy on what she has shown over hurdles recently. It's difficult to weigh up the form of French import Rich Coast and he is perhaps best watched on his first start here.
