Formscan By Gary Carson - SAINT BY DAY knows his way around here and in another ordinary contest he is sure to make a bold bid. He has been placed over course and distance on his last two outings and his third to the progressive Balmont Flyer last time looks good enough form to give him the winning of this. First Friday used up a lot of energy with a mid-race move here last time and is maybe better judged on his previous runs which would give him a big shout. Blue Ridge Lane was a big price when third over a mile-and-a-half last time and that didn't look a strong contest. A place may be the best he can hope for again while That's Ours also defied fancy odds last time and you wouldn't be rushing to back him to repeat that effort.
