Formscan By Gary Carson - SHAKE THE BUCKET steps back up in trip and is taken to record his sixth course success. He ran really well over a trip that is surely short of his best when runner-up over a mile here last week. He should be much more at home now and looks to be still progressing. Denny Crane chased the selection home here earlier this month and looks an obvious danger as he is 5lb better off on ratings. Benbecula won his maiden here earlier this month but the second has been well beaten in handicap company since and it remains to be seen how strong that form is. That race was won by 20/1 shot Gretzky. It had looked a competitive contest beforehand and he has to be considered off 5lb higher. Cottesloe was back in sixth then but didn't get the best of runs and could get a lot closer now.
