Formscan By Alan Magee - Pat Flynn has stuck to his word and dropped MOUNT McLEOD back in trip after she just held on from Whatyoumaycallit over seven furlongs here a fortnight ago. The Carrick-On-Suir handler described seven as her max, and she certainly travelled well last time. A prominent showing by the runner-up in the opener on this card would add to confidence, and the handicapper has been reasonable with just a 4lb increase. Dark Danger may have been too aggressively ridden when running out of steam in the closing stages over course and distance earlier this month. She’s got a plum draw on this occasion to dictate matters again. First reserve Mea Parvitas was a real eye-catcher when last seen staying on well at Naas back in June but she’ll probably need a mile to be most effective.
