Formscan By Gary Carson - The handicapper has given FERNHURST LAD a handicap mark of 116 and that looks good enough to land a contest of this standard. He has been third in better races on his last two outings and his best effort over fences came here in December 2011. He would probably prefer further than this but stamina will surely be called for in this type of ground. Zekarya was no match for Unoccupied on his chase debut at Tramore and his jump at the last was that of a tired horse. He's entitled to improved and looks a danger. He should again hold Sir Harry Cash, who was back in third then. Lisrose produced a disappointing effort when last seen at Tramore and looks best watched while Kilcara Boy has plenty of experience over fences and could have place prospects.
