Formscan By Donal Murphy - Eoin Doyle rarely leaves Tramore without a winner and COUNT SALAZAR can score for him here. The 7yo son of Revoque is equipped with cheek-pieces for the first-time and the useful 'pointer'/hunter chaser doesn't look over-burdened off a rating of 101. Contesting his second handicap at Limerick the other day, Count Salazar unseated rider before the race took shape to any degree and he's surely primed for a big performance now. Winner of that Limerick contest was Ponmeword, he has to contend with a mandatory 4Ib penalty now, but he actually received a 7Ib hike from the assessor so it's easy to see why Eric McNamara's charge will be a popular fancy again. Course winner, Ardglen could go well in his bid to defy top-weight. 'Shark' Hanlon deploys a tongue-strap on the likeable son of Bach. Annacarton has also won around here so he deserves respect too. Urban Gale and Son Of Moyne have to bounce back after pulling up last time but the pair had scored on their previous outings so they could be a 'tad' over-priced in this. Unfortunately the other runners, Borolee and Torremuelle can't be safely ruled-out either.
