He was a good fifth in the Madrid Handicap at Naas on his return to action in March, but has been ultimately disappointing since. He is however rated far superior to his three rivals here, and it'll come as surprise if he is overturned. The selection is on a mark of 83, and Scots Honour is next best on 68. The John Oxx trained bay hasn't shown a whole lot to date, but it'll be interesting to see how he fares with blinkers fitted for the first time. Ideal Pal (now rated 62) landed some nice bets when successful at Cork on Friday, and he is sure to have plenty of supporters with Nathan Crosse again taking seven pounds off. Hereia completes the line-up. He has three solid efforts at Dundalk to his name, and has his first start on turf now.
