FormscanBy Gary Carson - CALDERONE ran a nice race on his hurdling debut at Cork earlier in the month and if he handles the quicker ground now he has to have a big shout in an ordinary contest. The former point-to-point winner plugged on in the closing stages to finish fourth to Aherlow then and a repeat of that run would probably be enough to score now. Cairnhill had Cote Tete in behind when fourth to Plouios at Kilbeggan 12 days ago and may be able to confirm form with that rival who has fallen at Limerick since. Kickham is only rated 92 and was well held on a few occasions when last seen late last year. On this better ground he can't be discounted in this company, however, and the same goes for Pallaskenry who is facing an easier task now than he did over the winter.
