I received my licence last July and this horse was my first winner at Tramore. He's a right little horse and this was only his second run over three miles. He can go for anything from 2m5f to three miles and he'll keep on the go but we'll look for a dry week to run him next - yielding to soft ground would be ok for him.

That's my first track winner, I've had a few point-to-point winners. We always owned him, and he is the reason I got the licence. I only have the licence since May or June, so it took us a couple of runners to get off the mark, but we got there. I train just outside New Ross in Rathgarogue, so we didn't have far to travel. I have four or five for the track and a few more point-to-pointers. He was only ten lengths off them in Galway the last day, but maybe the speed has gone off him, it's been a few years since he done a good two mile time. He is hardy and he stays, he loves passing horses and he obviously loves this place. He is three from three now around here.

he kind of surprised me as we were just seeing how he'd get on today on the ground but he absolutely loved it. He's a three parts brother to War Of Attrition but we won't be aiming that high and he'll go for a novice hurdle somewhere. He got a lovely ride from Eddie.
