Gigginstown House Stud followed their one, two feat in the featured novice chase, when David Mullins got the better on his cousin, Patrick, with his mount Tombstone prevailing over hot-favourite, Potters Point in the Tipper Road (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race at Naas.

Three to one hope Wounded Warrior beat 6/4 market-leader, Rule The World in the Grade 2 Woodlands Park 100 Club Novice Chase earlier in the day, and in this bumper Tombstone (10/3) upstaged Potters Point (4/7).

Patrick Mullins may have had to switch out aboard Potters Point, to deliver his challenge to the sweet-travelling Gordon Elliott-trained Tombstone.

The record-breaking amateur also appeared to lose his whip aboard the runner-up, but his mount still looked a shade green and he never really looked likely to go and claim the Elliott runner, who had a length and a quarter in hand at the finish.

The 'maroon and white' pair (both sons of Robin Des Champs) left Emily's Flame seven lengths back in third.

David Mullins commented: "He travelled well, quickened up down the straight, and stayed on all the way to the line. I was very happy with him." (AM & EM)
