The Irish Stallion Farms EBF Cooley Fillies Stakes has attracted a maximum field of 14, including three English-trained raiders, at Dundalk on Friday.

Sir Mark Prescott is no stranger to success on the Polytrack, and Red Box has already scored at this Listed level having been awarded the Valiant Stakes at Ascot back in July.

The Cheveley Park Stud-owned filly finished strongly on that occasion to get within a short head of Namhroodah, who was subsequently demoted to third.

Fran Berry makes a welcome return to Dundalk to partner Desert Haze, and Ralph Beckett's charge has won three times in handicaps this season including at Glorious Goodwood.

James Tate is another in search of some valuable black type with Mukaabra, who bids for a hat-trick following all-weather victories at Kempton and Wolverhampton.

Colour Blue may prove the pick of the home challenge, while stablemate Erysimum is already a winner in this grade and gives trainer Willie McCreery a strong hand.

Kadra led home a 1-2-3 for Michael Halford when beating Indrahar and Suvenna in a handicap here earlier this month, and all three take their chance again in this mile event.

Lina de Vega made a successful debut over this trip at the Curragh in July but the Patrick Prendergast-trained filly got stuck in the mud on her only subsequent start at Tipperary.
