Keith Clarke's Tenth Amendment swept past front-running Greenpanda inside the final furlong to win the extended mile and a half handicap in Bellewstown.

Greenpanda and Oisin Orr set out to make all but Tenth Amendment and Robbie Colgan relished this stamina test and powered away from them in the latter stages to score by three and a half lengths at 8/1.

The runner-up was returned the 5/2 favourite and he was three lengths ahead of Siempre Amigos (7/1). Pretty Little Liar completed the placings in this 16-runner handicap at 12/1.

Keith Clarke said: “He’s deserved that to be fair. He’s been crying out for good ground all year and we’ve got it.

“It’s extra special that it’s come at a local track. Karl (Davis, owner) is a local man and his best friend Jim Corcoran is the Chairman here in Bellewstown.

“The credit has to go to the lads who looked after the track. It’s in mint condition and Robbie was very good on him.”
