Dont Tell Pa (11/4) completed his hat-trick of wins in style as he took the Limerick Racecourse Handicap Hurdle under Jane Mangan for her father Jimmy.

The 5yo son of Oscar won at Tramore last month before quickly following up a few days later at Limerick.

Back to the scene of his last success, he settled towards the rear and was fifth at the halfway stage.

He made smooth headway in the early straight and hit the front at the second last.

He jumped the last well and was in command on the run-in where he stretched clear to win by six lengths.

The consistent Shesonlyahorse had to settle for second again under Rob Jones for Kevin McDonogh at 5/1 while the 2/1 favourite Senior Again was a further six lengths back in third under Mark Walsh for Fran Flood.

Jimmy Mangan said afterwards: "He is improving and it will depend on what the handicapper does now as to where he will go next.

"In fairness Jane’s seven pound claim is most valuable. He is only a handy horse and maybe next year he will jump a fence."
