Global Jackpot justified 11/10 favouritism for Gordon Elliott and Barry Geraghty in the two mile maiden hurdle at Tramore.

He was pushed along by Geraghty in third before two out as Johnnigraig and Its All A Lark tussled at the front.

Global Jackpot swept round the outside of them to grab the lead jumping that flight, however.

He was ridden by Geraghty to keep the revs up coming to the last and the pair bounded away on the run-in to win by three and three quarter lengths. Knock On Steel came in second at 14/1 with Its All A Lark six lengths lengths further back in third.

Barry Geraghty said: He deserved that as he has been knocking on the door. It was a good opportunity that Gordon found for him." Light Of My Life made good headway to chase the leaders but slipped up on the bend before two out.
