Knockgraffon becomes a hat-trick hero

One of the many who loves his Friday nights out in December is Knockgraffon Lad who scored for the third Friday night in succession at Dundalk, when winning the concluding [email protected] Handicap (div 2).

Ridden by usual rider and promising 7lbs claimer Colin Keane, the winner squeezed between horses to get to the front inside the final furlong before scoring a cosy length and a half success over Word For Word

Afterwards winning trainer Michael Byrne stated “I wasn’t going to come back until January with him but he was so well in himself I decided to bring him back today. He’s a good horse and he’ll make a good dual purpose horse.”
