Cracking Name brought up a Naas double for David Marnane with victory in division one of the mile handicap.

Oisin Orr settled her behind front-running Bouquet Garni and Coral Cluster The pair were fourth at the halfway stage.

They made headway on the rail to come through and lead over a furlong and a half from home.

The 4/1 joint favourite kept finding for pressure and strode on to land the spoils by a length from Lady Boomerang (7/1). Tuamhain was a head further back in third at 5/1.

"That's her third for the year and depending on what the handicapper does now we'll find something else for her,” David Marnane said.

“She had a disappointing in Dundalk, her only disappointing run for us really, but I would like to chance it again.

“She handles a little ease in the ground so she'll probably come back on the turf and then we'll give her one pop at Dundalk and see how she gets on.

“She's thriving away all the time.”

Marnane took the preceding race on the card with Tennesse Waltz
