Willie McCreery maintained his fine run of form this month when saddling a 39/1 double at Tipperary as Memyselfandmoi landed the Lengthen The Odds With BetVictor Maiden.

The daughter of Pour Moi had been placed on her previous two outings both at Gowran Park, and was prominent throughout here under Billy Lee.

The 4/1 co favourite of three asserted early in the straight and had the race in safe keeping from over a furlong out as she came home three lengths clear. Royal Highness made an eye-catching debut as Henry de Bromhead’s charge was never a threat after a slow start but kept on well on the outer in the straight to take the runner-up spot. Harbour Dance was a further half a length away in third.

The Curragh trainer, successful earlier in the sprint handicap with the Nathan Crosse-ridden Sweetest Taboo has now sent out nine winners in June.

McCreery said, "She is a very well bred filly and it was very important to get her to win as she is the first foal from the mare. The mare is a smashing mare and is a half-sister to Daneleta who is the dam of Intense Focus.

"She is five lengths better going that way and a bit of ease in the ground helped. We'll try and get black-type with her."
