No decision has yet been made over whether Thunder Snow runs in the Kentucky Derby or the Qipco 2000 Guineas on May 6.

The fact the races are the same day means a late call will be made by Sheikh Mohammed, with trainer Saeed bin Suroor happy to go for either race.

"He's in all the races and which one he runs in will be left to Sheikh Mohammed, he'll make the final call," said Bin Suroor.

"So far everything has gone well with him, travelling is no problem for him and the Kentucky Derby is the same day as the Guineas.

"If he goes he'd probably go about a week before the race so it wouldn't change anything.

"He's working very well and we know he's very good."

Another smart three-year-old in Bin Suroor's care is Frankel colt Dream Castle who despite racing keenly looked sure to win the Greenham on Saturday a furlong out, only to be mown down late on by Barney Roy.

He will work in a hood to see if the apparatus calms him down.

"He was simply too keen, it was just his second race and he needs to learn to settle," said Bin Suroor.

"Next time he will run in a hood and we'll work him in one at home to see if it helps.

"He shows lots of speed so you'd have to wonder about a mile, but the key will be to get him to relax."

Bin Suroor also indicated that Tamleek, an impressive winner at the Craven meeting, will run next in the Lingfield Derby Trial.
