Impressive Aintree winner Pingshou has been supplemented for the Herald Champion Novice Hurdle at Punchestown on Tuesday.

Colin Tizzard's charge bounced off the good ground at the Liverpool track when beating Mount Mews comfortably.

Previously he had finished a long way behind Gordon Elliott's Labaik in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle and the two could clash again.

Supreme runner-up Melon is one of 10 possibles among the 18 entries for Willie Mullins.

Nicky Henderson's smart mare Kayf Grace may make the journey after her season was interrupted by injury.

The BoyleS ports Champion Chase has 12 possibles at this stage, with Ryanair winner Un De Sceaux one of three for Mullins, along with Vroum Vroum Mag and Ballycasey.

Tom George's God's Own, winner of the race last year, Tizzard's Fox Norton, who was another to impress at Aintree, and Jessie Harrington's Grand Annual winner Rock The World are others to note.

The third Grade One on the opening day is the Growise Champion Novice Chase with 12 in the mix.

They include Harry Fry's American, who skipped Cheltenham on account of the drying ground and Fry will be praying for rain once more.

Sandra Hughes will be in the same boat for Acapella Bourgeois, while Mullins has only Bellshill in contention.

Noel Meade's Disko, third in the JLT, stablemate A Genie In Abottle, A Toi Phil for Gordon Elliott and Tony Martin's Anibale Fly are others with claims.
