A trio of grand old campaigners return to the well for the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Race at Navan on Saturday.

Heading the list is the eight-year-old Bubbly Bellini, who has yet again paid his way this campaign, with four 2015 victories under his belt.

Jamesie, a Group Three winner in his pomp, is a year younger, the same age as Joe Eile, who has been holding his form in competitive handicaps.

A big threat comes from the younger brigade, though, because Red Ivy was deemed good enough to contest Classic trials back in the spring and has switched from Paul Deegan to Tracey Collins during her summer holiday.

Pincode is another three-year-old taking on his elders and does so in the John Lynch Carpets And Flooring Handicap on the back of victories at Bellewstown and Tramore.

Patrick Prendergast's colt will need to have improved again because he takes on last-start winners Hazariban and Hudson's Bay.

Aspar and Moral High Ground bumped into potential top-notchers on their respective introductions and could fight out the finish to the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction Maiden at 2.25.

Aspar chased home subsequent Anglesey Stakes hero Final Frontier, while Moral High Ground was third when favourite behind the exciting Smash Williams at the Curragh.

The biggest prize on the card goes to the winner of the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Premier Nursery Handicap, in which the David Wachman-trained Know attempts to go one better than she did on her handicap debut last month, while Udogo formed part of an excellent day for the O'Brien family at Wexford last week and backs up quickly in the Gormanlough Handicap.

McGuigan was disappointing behind O'Brien's Los Barbados at that meeting but Jim Bolger hasn't given up on him and he gets the opportunity for swift redemption in the Come Racing Again Saturday 26th September Maiden.
