Rashaan starts off over fences at Limerick today, with the Colin Kidd-trained six-year-old one of 16 set to take part in the Book Online At www.limerickracecourse.ie For Twilight Racing Beginners Chase.

The likeable gelding is a seven-time winner over timber, with his Grade Two defeat of Apple’s Jade at Down Royal in 2016 the highlight of his career to date.

The son of Manduro has also won four times on the level, scoring on his return to action in the Tipperary Cup at Clonmel earlier this month.

Sean Flanagan is reunited with the chestnut, who is sure to prove popular with punters in this two-mile-three-furlong contest.

Flanagan takes the ride on Carole Rose in the feature race on the card, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Mares Chase.

This Liam Casey-trained bay looks to be up against it here, with the 135-rated Asthuria appearing the one to beat.

The Willie Mullins-trained seven-year-old ran a cracker to finish third in Grade One company at the Punchestown Festival, but faded after a mistake two out at the same venue last week. Thanks For Tea who finished second in the Killarney National on Monday, Miss Eyecatcher and Water Sprite appear to be her main rivals.

Rachael Blackmore will be aboard Asthuria for the first time, and she again teams-up with Mullins for the ride on Katie Connell in the opening Tiny Giants Play Live At Limerick Racecourse June 16th Maiden Hurdle.

This daughter of Doyen was successful on debut at Cork last summer and makes her debut over timber.

Blackmore and Mullins continue their alliance with Bang Bang Rosie in the Jake Carter Plays Live At Limerick Racecourse June 22nd Mares Maiden Hurdle.

Second on her last two starts, the daughter of Stowaway has most to fear from recent Wexford victor Chisholm Trail.

Elsewhere on the card, Se Mo Laoch should go close in the Follow Limerick Racecourse On Facebook Handicap Chase, while An’ball might be able to record his maiden success in Irish Stallion Farms EBF Handicap Hurdle.
