Jim Bolger was glowing in his praise for Round Two after the son of Teofilo took the Cold Move EBF Marble Hill Stakes in convincing fashion at the Curragh.
The Godolphin-owned juvenile was prominent throughout under Kevin Manning, and drew clear of fellow 15/8 joint favourite Washington DC inside the final furlong.
Two lengths separated the pair at the finish, with Black Beach another half-length adrift in third. Round Two made a successful debut at Naas earlier this month when beating previous winner Argentero.
Bolger said, "He's everything you would like in a racehorse. I've never had a horse that's as straight forward as he is, and the trip doesn't seem to matter.
"It doesn't matter where you put him in a race, it doesn't matter how you train him. Nothing matters and I think he will go on any ground.
"If you wouldn't get excited by him, you just wouldn't be alive."
Manning said, "He's quite smart. He's stepped back a furlong today in better company and done it very well. He's improved plenty from Naas.
"He'd been giving us all the right vibes from day one, and we've always been very happy with him."
Paddy Power make Round Two their 7/2 favourite (from 6/1) for the Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot. BoyleSports make him just 5/2 for the Coventry, and have also introduced the Godolphin colt at 10/1 for next year's 2000 Guineas. State Of Emergency beat just one home with Emmet McNamara reporting that his mount was struck into, and trainer Michael O'Callaghan tweeted afterwards, "Unfortunately our star 2yo State of Emergency suffered a career ending injury today during the Marble Hill Stakes."
