John Kiely and Andrew Slattery teamed up with Forest View (11/2) to take the Servisource Training Apprentice Handicap in Dundalk by two and a quarter lengths.

The four-year-old filly was too strong for Lusis Naturea with Nimitz a further two and a half lengths back in third in this mile and a half race.

Andrew Slattery said: “She didn't really fire the last day in Bellewstown, she didn't handle the track.

“Today she travelled everywhere and did exactly what I asked her, she won well.

“She's a fine big filly. I'm not sure how much longer she'd have left as she's very well bred.

"I'm delighted to take the chances that I'm getting and hopefully I get another go on her.”
