Nine to four favourite My Good Brother made it three wins on the spin when landing the opening Like Us On Facebook Handicap at Dundalk under Colin Keane.

Tom McCourt 's sprinter won over the same flying five on the polytrack, on All-Ireland Hurling Final Sunday, September 5th, before going on to the beach to prove victorious at Laytown nine days after that.

A fruitful September was completed for the Elusive City seven-year-old when he travelled well and found enough in the closing stages to beat Danz Gift by three parts of a length.

McCourt said afterwards: "It cost Olly (Curtis, owner) a few pounds to get him back down to this mark but he's getting his confidence back.

"He was always a very strong traveller but wasn't picking up. He's in right old form at the minute.

"We'll let him freshen up a bit as he's had three quick runs. He'll keep going up until Christmas anyway."
