Miss Elizabeth puts her unbeaten record on the line in the Grangecon Stud Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday.

The Eddie Lynam-trained daughter of Intense Focus showed an impressive turn of foot to win on her debut at Fairyhouse last month before following up in a three-runner contest at Navan.

She steps up to Group Three class now and Lynam said: "She has been very good to us, she is two from two but this is a big step up in class.

"David Wachman's filly (Most Beautiful) is supposed to be good, she won well in Navan and she looks very good.

"The English filly (Great Page) was very impressive in Naas and Ger Lyons' filly (Miss Katie Mae) was very impressive in the Curragh.

"To get black type we will have to beat one of those three and we will see how we get on.

"Our filly was good the last day, but it was only a three-runner race and you don't really know what she beat.

"She has done what we have asked of her, this is a big step up but it's the obvious race to go for really."

Andy Slattery is represented by Planchart who showed plenty of promise when second on her sole start to date at Cork.

Slattery said: "She ran well when second at Cork earlier this month and has done very well since.

"I'd like to get her black type and whatever is in front of her will earn it."

Lynam is represented by Iron Major and Doc Holliday in the Sunday Independent Handicap, while he has Eighteen Summers in the concluding Curragh Supporting The Jack & Jill Foundation Handicap.

"None of them have any real secrets from the handicapper, they are all exposed but they are all fit and well and they will be doing their best." Lynam said. Parish Hall will bid to go one place better in this year's renewal of the Group Three Hermitage Medical Clinic International Stakes.

The three-time course and distance winner was beaten a neck into second 12 months ago and faces just two rivals this time round.

The consistent Air Pilot makes the journey across the Irish Sea from Ralph Beckett's yard, while Listed winner Roheryn completes the line-up.

Elsewhere on the card, newcomer Shogun who is a full-brother to Oaks winner Qualify, is sure to prove popular in the opening Barronstown Stud EBF Maiden.
