The Norwich gelding was always to the fore and hit the front at the fourth last.
He stuck on well in the closing stages to prove a length too strong for 13/8f Whatuthink
"He's a big horse and it's taking all this time for him to come to himself. If you don't have patience in this game you have nothing," said Maguire
"I have to thank the owners Joe and Ann O'Keefe for their patience. I've had him since he won his point-to-point and he's now fulfilling what we thought of him.
"It's great to have Shane coming in and schooling these horses and riding with confidence."
