Wissahickon will face a maximum of 10 rivals in the Betway Winter Derby at Lingfield on Saturday.
John Gosden's charge posted a hugely impressive performance in winning last month's trial for this 10-furlong event on the bridle, despite having endured a troubled passage in the race.
He beat the Michael Appleby trained Big Country by three-quarters of a length that day - with stablemate Court House back in third — and both of those are in contention again, along with fourth-placed Chiefofchiefs.
Last year's winner Master The World will try to defend his crown for David Elsworth - while Hunting Horn, who has been placed in Graded company in America, could represent Aidan O’Brien.
Breden, Goring, Hathal, Matterhorn and Pactolus round out the 11-strong list for the Group Three prize.
