Yes Pat served up a 9/1 surprise in the five-runner bumper at Kilbeggan.

The Willie Mullins newcomer Crumpledandcreased was expected to do the business by the market as she went off the 10/11 favourite.

She led but weakened out of contention with less than three furlongs left. She was passed by Ken's Well and Yes Pat who then had the race to themselves.

It was Yes Pat who got the better of the leader Ken's Well (10/3) over a furlong out and she kept up the gallop to win by two lengths.

It was a family affair for connections as she was trained by James King while his brother Pa King was the pilot on board and his mother Josephine owned the five-year-old mare.

This was James King's second winner.
