High-class mare Tarla got back into the winning groove after two novice chase falls with a confidence-boosting victory in the www.racinghomeforeaster.com Hurdle at Cork.

David Casey made all on Willie Mullins' seven-year-old (13-8), who briefly had last year's winner Oilily for company but shrugged her off and seemed to have the race in the bag when favourite Rebel Fitz appeared to be struggling.

However, the Galway Hurdle winner, back from a near six-month break and Davy Russell's only ride of the day following his punctured lung, rallied to put in a challenge coming down the straight before being beaten off by five lengths.

The biggest prize of the afternoon was for the UCC Horse Racing Society Handicap Hurdle and it went to Edward O'Grady's challenger Acapulco the mount of Barry Geraghty.

The 7-1 shot made progress towards the leaders on the turn for home and after jumping the second-last in the wake of Unoccupied forged past to take the final flight in front, before being driven out to hold Fahamore by a length and a half.

Tom Foley's five-year-old Never Enough Time was sent off the 11-8 favourite for the Walk Of Shame Furlong Maiden Hurdle and won as he liked in the JP McManus colours, collaring Harlekin at the last and easing three and a half lengths clear under Alan Crowe.< Rafi De Triana (16-1) hasn't pulled up any trees before but Liz Doyle's lightly raced eight-year-old took charge going to the second-last in the CIT SU Handicap Hurdle and swept four and three-quarter lengths clear under Kevin Sexton.

Val O'Brien's 3-1 shot Clar Na Mionn (3-1) was never far away in the Martinstown Opportunity Maiden Hurdle and Shane Butler sent him on going to two out before he pulled clear to win by four and a quarter lengths.

Francis Flood's Peace In The West (12-1), ridden by Mark Walsh, dug deep to hold off Coolking s late charge by three-quarters of a length in the Best Dressed Easter Sunday Handicap Hurdle.
