< Stronger Than Me picked up on the Polytrack where he left off on turf by securing top honours in the Floodlit Friday Nights At Dundalk Stadium Handicap.

Successful at Leopardstown at the end of last month, the 13-8 favourite cruised into contention inside the final quarter-mile.

When given the office by Billy Lee, he stretched clear and proved two and three-quarter lengths too strong for Ringside Humour Agent Of Chaos showed his appreciation for having his sights lowered by justifying 11-10 favouritism in the Irish Stallion Farms European Breeders Fund Maiden, also in the hands of Lee.

Andy Oliver's youngster finished last in a Group Three on his previous outing but found this assignment much more to his liking, making all and staying on strongly to dispose of Markhan by a length.

With none of the Irishinjuredjockeys.com Nursery Handicap contenders a previous winner, something had to give and Oliver's The Chazz stepped forward to oblige at the main expense of fellow 11-4 joint-favourite See You In Malta

Mcguigan looked like finally breaking his duck when hitting the front halfway down the straight in the Big Bad Bob Maiden, and odds-on backers could have been forgiven for lining up to collect.

But Gary Carroll went in pursuit of him on the Jane Foley-trained Chicago Fall (12-1), who finished over the top of Mcguigan to triumph by a length and a half.

No more than a length separated the eight runners as they flashed past the furlong pole in the Dundalk Stadium Handicap, but Danz Gift (4-1) was travelling best of all.

Sheila Lavery's gelding delivered what he promised, too, accelerating impressively when asked by Wayne Lordan and sprinting to a three-and-a-quarter-length defeat of Kimbay

Like Danz Gift, Captain Midnight backed up a win of a week ago, this time in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Race & Stay Handicap, while Jan Van Eyck won the Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey & Trainer Championship Apprentice Handicap.
