< Great White Eagle (2-1) made a taking start to his career with a smooth debut success under Joseph O'Brien in the Michael T. O'Maille Race at Naas.

Aidan O'Brien's American-bred colt went through the sales ring for a whopping 760,000 guineas in April and looks sure to win plenty of races having cruised to a two and three-quarter length victory over Johnny Murtagh's Gold Peregrine < Altruistic trained and ridden by Murtagh, also wasted no time getting off the mark, taking the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden at the first attempt.

The Galileo colt was sent off a largely unconsidered 14-1 chance but raced prominently throughout before scoring by two lengths from Sparkle Factor < Greek Canyon (7-1) completed a hat-trick of recent victories in the Tipper Road Rated Race.

Ger Lyon's grey has looked right back to his very best this term and came with a strong run deep inside the final furlong to overhaul In Salutem by a neck.

Jim Bolger got on the scoresheet through Mona Brown (12-1) in the Naas Apprentice Handicap.

Killian Hennessy guided the Dylan Thomas filly home by five lengths ahead of Enigma Code

Conor King continues to impress and gave David Wachman's How Splendid (12-1) a well-judged front-running ride to win the www.naasracecourse.com Handicap by three-quarters of a length from Jumbo Steps < Doonard Prince won the Follow Naas On Facebook Handicap for Elizabeth Doyle and Pat Smullen.

The 16-1 chance came through to lead approaching the final furlong and held on by a neck from the fast-finishing Bangalore Diamond < Rockview Emperor bounced back from a moderate Down Royal run to break his maiden tag in the Book On-Line At Naasracecourse.com Handicap.

Gary Carroll pushed John McConnell's three-year-old gelding to a two-length win over Have A Nice Day < Wannabe Better (100-30) finally opened her account for Tommy Stack and Wayne Lordan in the concluding Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden.
