< Alive Alive Oh put up a performance that was little short of sensational as she swept to victory in the feature Irish Stallion Farms EBF Salsabil Stakes at Navan.

Taking on a smart Ballydoyle filly in Magical Dream Tommy Stack's daughter of Duke Of Marmalade was sent off the well-backed 11-10 favourite and Fran Berry was content to sit fifth for most of the way in the Listed contest, with his market rival in his sights.

He eased up to challenge going well and when he asked for an effort at the furlong pole, Alive Alive Oh zipped clear in terrific style to beat Magical Dream by six lengths.

There was a better outcome for Aidan and Joseph O'Brien when Leading Light put up a smart display to take the Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C & G) Race with complete authority.

The champion jockey wasn't hanging about in front on the 11-4 chance and when favourite Dibayani began to ease into contention, the son of Montjeu hit top gear and stormed away to score by seven lengths.

The victory completed a double for the Ballydoyle team after 7-4 favourite Just Pretending in a first-time hood, grabbed Cocktail Hour a furlong out in the Slane Fillies Maiden and raced right away to win by four and a half lengths.

Chris Hayes initiated a double on the Andy Oliver-trained Above The Law in the Navan Chairman Handicap, galvanising the 7-4 favourite for a late charge to catch Indigo Iris in the shadow of the post to score by half a length.

The jockey then led all the way at a brisk pace on Patrick Prendergast's Katchy Lady (2-1) in the three-runner Proudstown Rated Race, keeping going strongly to hold Ballydoyle's evens favourite Vinson Massif by three-quarters of a length.

Johnny Murtagh flew late on Tommy Carmody's Cyclone (7-1) to grab the Come To The Family Day May 19th Handicap by half a length close home.
