Cheltenham Festival-winning jockey Mikey Fogarty enjoyed more success at Wexford when the conditional rode a 263-1 treble.

The three-timer began in the opening Wexford Racecourse Supporters Club Maiden Hurdle, and a race full of drama saw Sardinia (9-2) open his account at the second time of asking.

Paul Nolan's charge was sent into a clear lead by Fogarty, who rode the Willie Mullins-trained Don Poli to success in the Martin Pipe on Friday, but he was fortunate to hold the fast-finishing Shutter Island by half a length after a crashing fall for Voice Of A Curlew who appeared the most likely winner, at the last.

It was a case of dyj & agrave; vu in the Join The Wexford Racecourse Supporters Club Today Maiden Hurdle in which Fogarty was again left in front.

This time Lipinski looked to have the race at her mercy but she suffered a fatal fall at the final flight, allowing Nolan and Fogarty to double up courtesy of The Mooch (5-1), who held Ontopoftheworld by a neck.

The 24-year-old pilot completed his treble in the Michael O'Murchadha Memorial Rated Hurdle aboard Mister Hotelier (7-1).

The Colm Murphy-trained seven-year-old quickened up nicely when asked for his effort between the final two hurdles and a bold jump at the last gave him the impetus to beat Lughnasa by three-quarters of a length.

The St. Patrick's Day Novice Handicap Hurdle saw 9-2 favourite Snowell complete his hat-trick for Liz Doyle, while Foritsa (5-2 favourite) completed a treble of his own in the Arctic Tack Stud Veterans Handicap Chase for Gordon Doyle.< An Dearthair Og (4-1 joint favourite) left behind his previous form, jumping to the front two out en route to a five-and-a-half-length success in the McGuinness Lambert Auctioneers Novice Handicap Chase.

At Down Royal, the feature Daily Mirror Chase went the way of 14-1 outsider Yes Tom The 128-rated nine-year-old was having his first run for Stuart Crawford and he won with something up his sleeve under a patient Robbie Power ride.
